At our store, we are committed to delivering top-quality coffee and an exceptional shopping experience. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we aim to make our return and refund process simple and hassle-free.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. To qualify, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Due to the perishable nature of coffee, opened or partially consumed items are not eligible for returns unless there is a quality issue.
Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards, promotional items, and products marked as final sale are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Initiating a Return
To begin the return process, please contact us at Don@American-Epic.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for returning the item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
